Space Challenge: How to fit out-of-town company into an 850-square-foot condo in Brooks Towers.
Space Solution: Fortunately for Mike this is a two-bedroom unit, so we designed a queen murphy bed with a side drop table cabinet for the guest room. This way Mike could also use it as an office. We put in plenty of shelving and drawers so that his gear would have an orderly place to be stowed. He liked the guest room so much that he ordered a queen Murphy Bed for his own bedroom with a wall-length closet and more storage on the sides. The room doesn’t look crowded somehow given the 900 cubic feet that the murphy bed frees up when the bed is closed.
Mike now realized that his condo wouldn’t be complete without a wall-to-wall entertainment unit in the living room and an entry way unit to store coats and “stuff”. Due to the size of the condo, Mike chose a unified look with a modern grigio pine textured laminate with a white laminate frame for all the furniture pieces.
Why do these condo photos look so empty? Mike tired of city life and has chosen to move to the mountains. See how Smart Spaces helps him in his next adventure in life.
