Customer Service is our Smart Spaces ‘Secret Sauce’. Sure, our Murphy Beds and custom cabinets are our pride and joy, but serving our customers in the best ways possible is our ‘secret sauce.’

Our favorite scenario, of course, is serving our clients so well that they come back again – and again. Sally is a dedicated crafter who we first met when she moved into Vi at Highlands Ranch, a senior living community, close by here in Denver. She wanted a guest room and needed lots of storage space to contain her art, knitting, and quilting supplies.

We designed a Murphy Bed with storage closets on one side of the room and a counter top with cabinets on the opposite wall, with plenty of space for Sally’s wheeled craft carts to fit underneath.

She was thrilled with her tidy craft room by day that could turn into a guest room by night. The light-colored Coastal textured melamine Sally chose lent a clean element to this modern craft/guest room. We next heard from Sally when she was happily moving into a larger unit at Vi.

Our design team reconfigured her former counter and cabinets to form a desk, and sourced specific organizers with new cabinets for them so they slid out of view, but were handy to reach when Sally needed them.

Our team swapped drawers for doors and designed custom shelving for the items that were originally housed in the closets attached to the Murphy Bed. Although this was a challenging project, our team got ‘crafty’ themselves to design the new craft room/office space that fit Sally’s changing needs. Sally called us again when, in an unfortunate turn of events, her new apartment flooded from a burst pipe. Our team didn’t miss a beat. They rolled up their sleeves, carefully took out each specially designed component, moved them so that the room could be restored, and then meticulously re-installed each piece, until Sally’s craft room/office looked good as new.

The textured Coastal finish stood up to the challenge, looking just as fresh as it had on the original install. We heard from Sally a final time … in a thank you card for our team who had repeatedly taken such good care of her.
